The Modern Workspace Engineer (L3) will join our growing South Africa team and be responsible for supporting, engineering and continuously improving Interpath’s modern end-user computing environment. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, endpoint management and workplace technologies, acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues while driving improvements that enhance security, performance and the overall user experience.

Responsibilities: • Provide Level 3 support for complex endpoint, operating system and workplace technology issues. • Act as a senior escalation point for Service Desk teams, owning incidents through to resolution and root cause analysis. • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online and related workplace technologies. • Manage and maintain endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and modern device management tools. • Oversee application deployment, endpoint configuration, patching and update management across the estate. • Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, compliance policies and device performance improvements. • Develop automation and remediation solutions using PowerShell and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. • Contribute to IT projects, documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across the end-user computing environment.
