Job Description:

Job Overview

Coordinates with production employees to ensure consistency, high-quality outputs, and a clean, safe environment compliant with standard environmental, health, and safety procedures.

Job Requirements

Developing schedules, prioritizing the workload, and coordinating with team members to meet the delivery schedule and targets.
Monitoring preventive maintenance of the machines and equipment, and maintaining records of equipment usage, timekeeping system, repair history, reliability, and other factors.
Supporting the development of standard operating procedures and materials related to the specific training, and implementing initiatives related to upskilling employees.
Training newer employees with equipment operations and safety procedures, providing effective direction, and supporting them to achieve the goals and targets related to production.

1.-Experienica de 2 años en puetso similiar como minimo comprobable.

2.-Escolaridad preparatoria terminada (indispensable).

3.-Conocimiento en sistema SAP

4.-Conocimiento en computadora

5.-Manejo de pallet jack electrico (deseable)

6.-Lectura de planos

7.-Amplia experiencia con personal a cargo
