Job Overview

Participates in each phase of the manufacturing process and follows appropriate guidelines and standards in corresponding functions, according to regulations; troubleshoot problems and performs maintenance of complex equipment

Job Requirements

Maintaining facility stability in working processes through daily upkeep, calibration and troubleshooting.
Adhering to blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure specifications are achieved.
Collaborating with other first-line technicians to resolve operation difficulties and assign resources.
Guiding junior technicians on how to operate and maintain equipment, and provides further training, as necessary.

What your background should look like

Typically requires 4-5 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
