Job Overview

自動車部品メーカーへの当社製品のセールス活動、アカウントマネジメント、及びチームマネージメント。
・ 顧客と市場のトレンドを把握/分析し、ビジネス機会を発掘し、顧客のニーズを先取りした販売戦略を立案/実行。
・ 顧客満足度の向上、売上およびビジネスシェアの拡大ににつなげる。
・ 製品の開発および生産に関して、社内関連部門へ情報提供を行い連携し、開発から納入までのトータルマネジメントをリード。
・ 海外姉妹会社と連絡を密に行い、情報の共有化と連携の強化により、グローバルでより良いサービスを顧客に提供する。
・ 3名程度のチームマネージメント。

【応募資格】

・ 学歴：大卒以上
・ 語学：日本語 - 母国語レベル（ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
　　　　　　英語 - メール対応など基礎能力がある方
・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）
・ 普通自動車運転免許

【必須要件】

・ 自動車業界または電子部品メーカー、商社で営業として８年以上の実務経験
・ チームマネージメント経験
・ 社内関係部門と連携し業務遂行できる方
・ 自己成長意欲が高い方（待ちの姿勢ではなく、課題に対して積極的且つ前向きに取り組む方）
・ 顧客との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方

【歓迎要件】

・ 業界を問わずコネクタの営業経験がある方
・ 英語力がある方
