Job Overview

愛知の自動車メーカー（OEM）の顧客への当社製品及び開発提案によるセールス活動、及びそのセールス活動のマネージメント。
・ 顧客のニーズを調査し、社内開発部門と連携した顧客への新規開発提案を行う。
・ 顧客への売込み活動を通じて、新規ビジネスを獲得し、継続した売上/利益の拡大を目指す。
・ 競合製品のベンチマーク、顧客の情報収集、製品展示会等から新しい技術や製品提案に繋がる内容を立案する。
・ 製品開発においては、社内コアチームへ情報提供を行い、開発から量産納入までのトータルマネジメントをリードする。
・ 顧客に密着した対応、製品展示会、工場見学を企画し、顧客満足度の向上、売上およびビジネスシェアの拡大に繋げる。
・ 海外拠点と密に連携し、グローバルでより良いサービスを顧客に提供する。
・ 営業戦略の立案。

What your background should look like:

【応募資格】
・ 学歴：大卒以上
・ 語学：日本語 - 母国語レベル
　　　　 英語 - ビジネスレベル以上（目安TOEIC800点以上、または相応の実力があり英語での実務経験がある方）
・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）
・ 普通自動車運転免許

【業務経験】
<必須条件>
・ 自動車業界で8年以上の経験を有する方
・愛知OEMに対する営業経験及び人脈をお持ちの方
・ ロジカルでアグレッシブな方

< 歓迎条件>
・ コネクタなど電装部品の営業経験がある方
