Job Overview
Oversees the organization's supply chain processes and strategies, implementing process improvement techniques to maximize productivity and improve performance.
Job Requirements
Demand and Supply
•Demand visibility and Business attainment: Business revenue plan ( considering product evolution plan: NPI, Mature, EOL), Attainment status. Gap/risk, impact and action plan
•Mid term supply gap evaluation, business impact and action plan
•Allocation for global supply issue.
•SR review: Drive monthly SR process for product in charged. Understand product life cycle and development plan with product team, Define SC management approach based on product life cycle to balance and optimize ECE and SC cost.
SC Performance
•Inventory efficiency: measure end to end SC stock Value , DOH, Health, driving inventory optimization collaboratively with cross functional team: Balance Customer consignment &VMI , DC inventory , Plant inventory and upstream liability to ensure inventory target met, and continue to drive aging and GIR reduction.
•OTD/ PDR : Define SC planning approach to continue to improve demand stability to plant, right stock policy, support capacity expansion to ensure delivery performance.
SC offer optimization and Projects
•Continue review the performance and end to end flow, identify opportunities to drive SC optimization for better offer to customer ( Delivery, LT, .Cost)
•Lead migration project SC management, Align project goal to define right flow, ramping up and ramping down plan, stock and delivery expectation and well synchronization of actions in each SC functions.
