Job Overview

Develops organization to support operational strategy, defines and implements operational plans.

Job Requirements

Developing and administering schedules and performance requirements, and supporting budget responsibilities if required.
Assessing risk and ensuring compliance across the area of responsibility.
Interacting with multiple organizational levels and creating a technical network within the organization.
Analyzing work force utilization, space requirements, design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
