Maintenance Engineer (m/f/o)

Place of work: Karlovac

Key responsibilities:

•Managing asset master data and CMMS as key user

•Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans across all brewery equipment

•Collecting and translating safety, quality, and legal requirements into executable maintenance plans

•Driving CI process, breakdown analysis (BDA), criticality ranking

•Monitoring asset performance KPIs and leading actions to improve

•Managing spare parts segmentation, critical spares definition, and asset documentation

•Providing the planning team leader and maintenance planner with preventive maintenance plans

•Mentoring and developing zone technicians in basic condition restoration

•Supporting Maintenance Manager in continuous improvement initiatives, driving the basic maintenance processes, and restoring basic condition

Skills required:

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field

•2+ years of maintenance engineering experience

•Hands-on CMMS experience

•Knowledge of CI

•Strong analytical and reporting skills (maintenance KPIs, failure analysis)

•English language proficiency

•Proactive, structured approach to cross-functional teamwork
