Essential Requirements:

- Safety Commitment: A "safety first" mindset with a record of following Safe Work Method Statements and PPE requirements.
- Quality & GMP: Experience working within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment or similar highly regulated industry.
- Technical Documentation: Proficiency in using CMMS or similar systems to record task outcomes and maintain accurate timekeeping.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to liaise professionally with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, and Stores.
- Innovation: A proactive approach to identifying and participating in long-term improvement projects.
