Position Cluster:  Non-Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling large loss claims by determining claim validity, identifying the need for further investigation, and managing claims through settlement in accordance with claims processing guidelines to achieve productivity and service commitments.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Review large loss claim cases to determine validity and verify coverage within assigned authority; identify the need for further investigation and subsequently settle claims through acceptance or denial of payment in accordance with claims processing guidelines and contract provisions to ensure accurate claim settlement.
  2. Prepare claims exceeding assigned authority and submit them to superiors for review and approval.
  3. Review pending cases and coordinate with medical providers and relevant parties to obtain necessary information to support proper claims processing, as appropriate.
  4. Work in a paperless environment to ensure efficiency and completeness of the claims process in accordance with company policies and performance targets.
  5. Continuously acquire and enhance knowledge and skills through internal and external sources to ensure work quality and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in non-motor claims
  • Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
