Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Identification/scrutiny of Capital Nature Office Interior Projects across Pan India of M&M Ltd.
Project Conceptualization, Budgeting & Planning.
Coordination with various consultants/architects for pre-execution activities (BOQ preparation/tendering)
Participation in pre-bid technical discussion along with the other teams. (Sourcing/Accounts/Architect/Consultants)
Vendor site/office/factory visit for Vendor evaluation.
Coordination with Contract cell/Asset management dept. for PO/WO release.
Coordination with various vendor for site execution as per planned schedule and budget.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly site progress review Reports/Meetings with user/management.
Checking & Validation of works (Civil/interior) Measurement for all executed projects.
Understanding of Civil engineering codes and standards
Knowledge and experience working with various operating systems.
Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
Hands on knowledge of HVAC/Electrical related to interior works.

Tools:

Min. 9-10 years’ experience With Project/construction management in Interior/ Civil construction projects

B E CIVIL Engineering/ P.G. Construction Management

Civil / Interiors work- especially in manufacturing plant work experience preferable.
Office interior fitouts
Basic experience / Knowledge of statutory approvals with MCGM
Having hands on experience of Statutory process with MCGM along with his core expertise as mentioned in JD
