We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Data and Analytics

In this role, you will:

• Execute various analyses and develop strategies to support business decisions across the customer lifecycle for a particular product/market
• Extend support for analytical/strategy projects.
• Complete analysis as required and document results and present findings to stakeholders
• Execute moderate to complex analysis and strategy with proper instructions
• Formulate efficient codes to process data for the required business problems
• Identify business problems/new opportunities to drive higher business value. Diagnose and resolve moderate to complex analytical problems
• Extend support in high-quality analysis and strategy recommendations to business problems.
• Manage delivery within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards as well as drive business benefit through self-initiated projects.

To be successful, you will: 

• Over all 2-6 years of experience is required in Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude.
• Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is preferred
• Knowledge of Statistical Analysis System, Structured Query Language, Python, Cloud Technologies, other equivalent analytical tools & platforms.
• Good knowledge of Analytical and Machine Learning concepts like modelling, forecasting, segmentation etc
• Besides strong written and verbal communication skills the incumbent is also expected to have strong presentation skills
• Ability to convert business problem to an analytical problem.
• Education must be from Computer Science background.
