What is Manager AI Transformation & Data Analytics – Finance? We are looking for a Manager AI Transformation & Data Analytics - Finance to drive the intersection of AI, automation, and data analytics within our Finance function. This role sits at the crossroads of finance, technology, and data science, and is responsible for identifying opportunities to automate manual finance processes, deploy AI-driven forecasting tools, and build robust analytics capabilities that improve decision-making, reduce risk, and increase efficiency across the finance organization. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who understands core finance operations (accounting, FP&A, performance management, pricing, risk, reconciliation) and is fluent in modern data tools, automation platforms, and emerging AI applications in financial services.

What does Manager AI Transformation & Data Analytics – Finance do?

1. AI & Data Enablement Across Finance Sub-Functions • Act as the central point of contact for embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics into FP&A, Pricing, Performance Management, and ICRM, working closely with each sub-team lead to identify high-impact use cases. • Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate manual, repetitive tasks within these functions (e.g., variance analysis, pricing model updates, performance scorecards, risk/exposure monitoring). • Evaluate and deploy AI/ML tools for forecasting, scenario modeling, pricing optimization, external benchmarking, anomaly detection, and risk analytics relevant to each sub-function's needs. • Build reusable data models, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools that FP&A, Pricing, Performance Management, and ICRM teams can leverage independently. • Own the design and continuous improvement of management reporting packs, ensuring reports are data-driven, insight-rich, and tailored for CFO and leadership consumption. • Drive automation of the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data feeding into management reporting. Establish controls and validation checks, leveraging automation/AI, where possible.

2. Analytics & Decision Support • Partner with FP&A on forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning models, enhancing them with predictive analytics and AI-driven forecasting techniques. • Support Pricing with data-driven models for pricing strategy, elasticity analysis, external benchmarking and margin optimization. • Work with Performance Management to build automated KPI tracking, scorecards, and performance dashboards across business units. • Collaborate with ICRM (Internal Controls & Risk Management) to develop analytics-driven risk indicators, exception flagging, and control monitoring tools. • Deliver ad hoc analyses and insights directly to the CFO to support strategic and operational decision-making.

3. Process Transformation & Change Management • Map current-state processes across FP&A, Pricing, Performance Management, ICRM, and close/reporting; identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows leveraging automation and AI. • Lead change management and adoption efforts, training finance teams on new tools, dashboards, and automated workflows. • Build automated variance analytics reports and presentations for weekly/monthly visibility to the CFO and leadership team. • Ensure all automation and AI implementations comply with financial regulations, data privacy, and audit requirements.

4. Stakeholder Management & Leadership • Act as the primary liaison between Finance and Data/Engineering/IT teams on transformation projects. • Mentor and upskill finance team members on data literacy, analytics, and automation tools. • Present transformation roadmaps, progress updates, and impact metrics directly to the CFO.
