We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operational processes to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback, performance discussions, and mentoring to support employee growth and succession planning.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and capacity planning to ensure adequate operational coverage.
  • Conduct administrative and managerial tasks including approval of leaves, schedules, timesheets, and other people-related matters.
  • Ensure operational processes comply with internal policies, exchange rules, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Review and monitor operational risks, escalations, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper stakeholder communication.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and efficiency enhancements to strengthen controls and reduce manual intervention.
  • Coordinate with onshore partners, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for projects, testing activities, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and present management reports, operational metrics, and updates to senior management.
  • Support business continuity planning, incident management, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment while promoting accountability and continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Market Operations and trade lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive high performance.
  • Experience leading change initiatives, process improvement projects an operational transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels of organization
  • Ability to manage complex operational issues and make sound risk-based decisions.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of exchange rules, regulatory and control requirements within financial services.

 Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
