PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Develop and deliver best VM knowledge to adidas store cross all channels. Play a critical role to drive brand direction, business growth.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement VM principles & techniques cross both own retail and franchise stores
  • Implement daily visual merchandising directives to stores and formalize report accordingly
  • Keep track the sales vs space ratio and make sure space are allocated efficiently
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness, optimize product displays, and enhance consumer experience and conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitor visual marketing strategies and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager in planning and executing key seasonal store campaigns and new store openings.
  • Consolidate and analyze nationwide visual merchandising data, including store monthly VM compliance with brand guidelines, MUST WIN store profile maintenance.
  • Provide and coach visual merchandising guidance for in store VM, OVM and store staff
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and retail operations teams to ensure marketing campaigns are visually aligned with brand positioning.

  • Achieve brand and retail department business performance targets, including revenue growth, category-specific sales, and in-store consumer engagement KPIs
  • Adapt and implement VM manual
  • Create monthly VM plan for key stores
  • Execute seasonal campaign
  • New store opening set up support
  • Manage regional OVM to delivery best VM compliance in store
  • Delivery VM training
  • Support VM set up for trade meeting

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Able to develop store opening plan independently
  • Has strong organized, logic, strategic thinking
  • Strong understanding of store layout principles, color coordination, and spatial design, with excellent aesthetic and visual presentation skills
  • Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp, with basic hand-drawing skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in retail data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint or other data visualization tools to generate business insights
  • Good communication skill
  • Good interpersonal communication skill

 

 

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ visual merchandising experience in retail environment with sports brands or fashion retail brands
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Visual Design, Retail Management, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Candidates with experience in franchisee store management will be given preference.
  • Experience in managing visual merchandising for fast-fashion retail brands or Sports brands is a plus
  • Experience with data collection, reporting, and performance analysis in a retail environment is a strong advantage
