Who you are: We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years in high-growth businesses working in growth acceleration, go-to-market (GTM), sales operations, or business development.
- Exposure to revenue/sales operations in a B2B environment.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and a deep understanding of growth funnel, customer journey and sales process.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, fintech, startups, or a dedicated growth function.
- Demonstrated experience running experiments and taking hypothesis-driven approaches to improve revenue or GTM efficiency.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics, financial modeling, and campaign performance monitoring.
- Experience partnering with data science teams on analytics or machine learning–related workstreams.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
