Requirements :

Minimum S1 in Law major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 5 years experience in Litigation or Legal

Responsibilities:

To prepare and issue internal somatie letters addressed to customers.
To provide legal assistance in collection and recovery activities.
To assist branch offices in matters relating to asset recovery and enforcement of collateral/security.
To represent and/or assist the reporting party in the filing of police reports.
To represent and/or assist the reported party in inquiry and investigation processes before the police.
To represent and/or assist the plaintiff in the preparation and filing of claims before the District Court.
To represent and/or assist the defendant in court proceedings before the District Court.
To represent and/or assist the petitioner in the preparation and filing of applications for Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) and/or bankruptcy proceedings before the Commercial Court.
To represent the Company in PKPU and bankruptcy proceedings.
To prepare and/or review Legal Memorandum and Legal Opinions.
To provide legal advice to internal stakeholders, whether verbally or in writing, including but not limited to advice in the form of Legal Memorandum, Legal Opinions, correspondence, and/or verbal opinions
To draft, review, and negotiate documents relating to sale and purchase transactions, as well as leasing/service transactions for retail customers and government institutions.
