Key Responsibilities: 1. Account Handover Management - Streamline and maintain the account handover process between Field/Mid-Market Business Development (BD), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Account Managers (AMs). - Conduct quality checks to ensure smooth execution of account transitions. - Maintain and update account handover documentation and workflows. 2. Sales Incentives Management - Perform data cleansing and analysis to support the design and execution of sales incentive programs for the SME team. - Communicate incentive structures and updates to Field/Mid Market Account Executives (AEs). - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of incentive programs. 3. Incentives Design and Documentation - Develop and maintain streamlined documentation for incentive schemes to ensure clear communication across teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement incentive programs that align with business goals. 4. Client-Facing Materials Preparation - Prepare and update client-facing materials, including presentations, proposals, and reports, to support the sales team.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university. - 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field. - Experience in a large-scale technology or financial services company is highly preferred.
