Qualifications:

• 3+ years working in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related fields
• Proven experience in venture partnerships, business development, or related roles within the Chinese market
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, PE/VC landscape, and commercial activities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Fluency in Mandarin and English Collaborative approach to leadership and problem solving, including proven success in attracting and developing talent
