Apply Now• Lead and manage all recurring team operational aspects. This includes governance standards (ensuring our compliance with & routine updating of processes, standards and templates, in accordance with legal /privacy & audit-ready standards), budget management, contract management, workload management, knowledge management, and vendor and tools management. • Create or optimize operational standards and engagement models within the team and with partners. This includes developing and managing an effective engagement model with several research program managers. • Manage the Brand Insights team’s primary research tools, third-party data tools, and syndicated resource access, usage and capabilities. This includes identifying new tools or services to meet the team’s needs as they evolve.. • Lead the partnership with finance, legal, agency relations, compliance and risk to ensure research is conducted compliantly across Capital One • Coordinate recurring team level communications. This includes activities such as onboarding new Brand Insights team members, socializing team capabilities to new hires at the company, creating newsletters, and sharing project pipeline updates
