HR Strategy & Business Partnership • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives. • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational design. • Drive performance management and talent development frameworks. • Use HR analytics and data insights to support business decisions.
Organizational Development (OD) • Lead organization design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. • Drive leadership development and succession planning programs. • Strengthen company culture aligned with innovation and high performance. • Implement competency frameworks and career development pathways.
HR System Initiatives • Identify and implement AI-powered HR solutions (e.g., automation, people analytics, predictive workforce insights). • Champion digital transformation within HR processes and employee experience. • Collaborate with tech teams to evaluate and integrate HR tech tools. • Promote data-driven decision-making across the HR function.
Employee Experience • Enhance employee engagement and retention strategies. • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
