Senior Industrial Designer – build products people love! $6,500–$8,000/month | Full-time | Fully Remote (GMT0–GMT+8) At Manta Sleep, we’re on a mission to help people sleep better. We design high-quality sleep products like sleep masks and accessories that genuinely improve rest and recovery. Watch this short video to learn more!We’re looking for a Senior Industrial Designer who can take full ownership of designing new physical products from concept all the way to production. This person will elevate the quality, usability, and aesthetic of our sleep product line while ensuring designs are commercially viable and ready for mass production.

In this role, you will: 🎨 Lead the design process from concept to product launch, balancing creative vision with practical execution 🤝 Collaborate closely with manufacturing partners, marketing, and leadership to bring products to market successfully 📐 Create detailed CAD models and manufacturing-ready Tech Packs 📊 Present clear, evidence-based design directions and communicate progress across teams 🔁 Iterate product designs based on user feedback, research insights, and market trends 🔎 Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews 📦 Ensure design intent is maintained from prototype stage through mass production 🧵 Develop CMF specifications and understand how materials, fabrics, and finishes impact product performance 📈 Use customer data and analytics to improve product design and user experience 🌍 Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging materials, and product innovations This is a full-time, fully remote role with asynchronous working hours. We prefer working hours to be between GMT0 and GMT+8 so there’s at least a 3-hour overlap with the rest of the team.
