My responsibilities:

• main responsibility is manual testing (regression testing, bug retest, explorative testing)
• planning and implementation of quality assurance measures and software tests for our global IT systems
• development and implementation of test cases and scenarios (functional and integration tests)
• preparation of test documentation and evaluation of test results
• supporting test phases
• analysis, classification of encountered issues
• cooperation with our international IT departments and external partners

The knowledge I own:

• studies or training with a focus on information technology
• 1-3 years of professional experience in software testing and/or practical experience in the field of IT operation (Windows Server 2016, MS Hypervisor)
• basic network and Linux knowledge is an advantage
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is an advantage
• test automation (e.g. Python, Paycharm, Selenium) is an advantage
• good knowledge of various test methods and IT procedure models
• knowledge of software and system architectures as well as in the creation of database queries (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
• very good knowledge of English
• knowledge of German is an advantage
