SLB is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Production Supervisor to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising Assembly and Test Operators, and monitoring, maintaining, and controlling direct functions within the manufacturing shop.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Train and coach employees in administrative and technical processes and procedures.
- Ensure the safety of employees.
- Ensure that workers have the necessary equipment and prints to perform their duties.
- Resolve production issues and escalate those that require management attention.
- Educate employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Develop work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct performance review and formal performance/career development discussions with direct reports.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
