Your Responsibilities

Act as MAHLE’s on-site representative at Zollner, serving as the key contact for production, quality, and engineering topics.
Ensure stable series production and monitor key performance indicators related to quality, delivery, efficiency, and inventory.
Support the resolution of production, process, equipment, and material-related issues, including leading root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with MAHLE standards, customer requirements, and IATF 16949 guidelines.
Support new product introductions, engineering changes, audits, and proactively communicate risks or deviations to MAHLE stakeholders.
Build strong collaboration between MAHLE and Zollner teams at both operational and management levels.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in a large-scale production site
Experience with production processes, quality standards, problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D), and continuous improvement activities.
Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Well-organized, proactive, and willing to travel as required.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and supplier organizations.
