Your Role

  • You ensure high-quality dossier submissions and negotiation strategies, delivering valuable materials and payer mapping as needed.
  • You develop Market Access & Pricing strategies, implementing operational plans in close coordination with Business Units.
  • You create access strategies for drug listings through knowledge, mapping, and engagement with key stakeholders based on set priorities.
  • You define, monitor, and control pricing strategies aligned with internal policies and SOPs.
  • You design health technology assessment strategies to demonstrate value to regional stakeholders.
  • You co-lead with Product Managers the creation of Business Cases for price changes, securing necessary approvals per guidelines.
  • You provide and organize training and capacity development for MAP staff according to the organizational structure.

 

Who You Are

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in market access and, preferably, in pricing strategy development.
  • You possess strong skills in stakeholder mapping and relationship management.
  • You understand health technology assessment processes and value demonstration.
  • You are familiar with pricing policies and compliance with SOPs.
  • You have experience preparing business cases and securing approvals. You are skilled in training and developing team capabilities.
  • You communicate effectively and collaborate well across units. You are proactive and strategic in planning and execution.
  • Advanced English
