Role OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing & Creative Supervisor to act as the central coordination hub across a multi-vendor marketing ecosystem while owning content and creative execution end-to-end. This role exists to bring structure, consistency, and brand alignment to a fragmented marketing function and elevate the company’s presence in the luxury B2B market. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and multiple external partners, ensuring seamless execution across campaigns, content, and creative production. This is a highly execution-driven role with strong ownership over both messaging and visual output, requiring a balance of operational excellence and creative sensibility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with minimal oversight.
Your ImpactYou will play a critical role in transforming marketing into a structured, high-performing system that directly supports revenue growth. By improving workflows and coordination, you will increase efficiency across internal teams and external vendors. Your ownership of content and creative output will strengthen brand consistency and elevate positioning in a competitive luxury market. You will help optimize campaign performance through better execution and alignment, contributing to improved lead generation and customer acquisition cost. Additionally, your ability to implement AI-driven workflows will enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and enable scalable marketing operations.
Core ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Operations – 30% • Own and manage marketing workflows, timelines, and deliverables across teams and vendors • Build and maintain structured systems using project management tools • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met without leadership intervention • Coordinate across multiple external partners (e.g., agencies, developers, designers) • Document processes and playbooks to ensure repeatable execution
Content & Communication – 25% • Own the content calendar, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns end-to-end • Lead messaging, tone, and narrative across all marketing channels • Ensure consistency and quality across written communication and brand voice • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on engagement metrics • Collaborate with internal and external contributors to maintain cohesive output
Creative & Production – 25% • Lead the development of marketing assets including catalogs, presentations, and campaign materials • Translate ideas into high-quality, on-brand deliverables aligned with a luxury audience • Art-direct designers and manage production timelines across creative projects • Maintain visual consistency and enforce brand standards • Oversee visual execution of email campaigns, including imagery and multimedia assets
Campaigns, Advertising & Digital Presence – 10% • Coordinate with external agencies on paid campaigns, SEO, and content initiatives • Ensure timely campaign launches aligned with brand and business goals • Monitor basic performance metrics and support optimization efforts • Coordinate website updates and ensure digital consistency
Events, Trade Shows & Sales Support – 10% • Support planning and execution of trade shows and events • Coordinate marketing materials, logistics, and follow-up processes • Develop sales-enablement collateral to support lead conversion • Align marketing efforts with sales teams to improve pipeline performance
