Marketing & Communications Manager
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the end‑to‑end brand, marketing, and communications strategy for OTT streaming platform. The role is responsible for driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and subscriber growth, while overseeing all external and internal communications and leading a team to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns across all channels.
Job Description • Lead and manage the Marketing & Communications team, setting clear direction, priorities, and performance goals • Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy, from market insight and creative concept through to campaign delivery and post‑campaign evaluation • Design and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns to support brand growth, content launches, and platform awareness • Develop and execute integrated marketing, communication & PR strategies to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and subscriptions • Plan and oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, TV, ATL/BTL) to support content launches and platform growth • Own the brand positioning and messaging of OTT streaming platform, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints • Define and lead the PR strategy, including media relations, press office, talent publicity, press releases, and corporate communications • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and industry stakeholders • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Content, Product and Growth teams to ensure marketing activity effectively supports acquisition, retention, and business objectives • Lead content marketing and editorial planning, ensuring effective promotion • Monitor and optimize campaign and PR performance, using data and insights to improve effectiveness, reach, and ROI • Manage external agencies and partners (creative, media, PR) to ensure high-quality execution clear deliverables, and budget efficiency • Measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness, key KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, media coverage, campaign performance, subscriber growth and PR impact) using insights to continuously optimize future activity
