Role PurposeAs Marketing & Design Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing the WeconnectU brand to life across every touchpoint. From creating engaging content and coordinating campaigns to managing our social presence and supporting brand consistency, you’ll help grow our digital footprint within the property management industry.

This role combines creativity, coordination, and communication, requiring strong design sensibility, confident copywriting skills, and the ability to execute marketing initiatives that educate, engage, and build community around the WeconnectU ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Coordination & Campaign Support • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms. • Assist in planning and managing content calendars, launches, and promotional activities. • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaign delivery. • Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives through organic and paid marketing efforts. • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and marketing collateral.

Content Creation & Graphic Design • Create visually engaging content for social media, product explainers, presentations, training materials, PDF’s/eBooks, website graphics, and educational resources. • Translate complex product information into simple, user-friendly visual communication. • Develop infographics, guides, and marketing assets that support client education and adoption. • Maintain and evolve WeconnectU’s visual identity in line with brand guidelines. • Assist with basic video editing and short-form content creation for digital platforms.

Copywriting & Brand Communication • Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for social media, email campaigns, product communication, blogs, and marketing collateral. • Create captions, scripts, headlines, micro-copy, and campaign messaging aligned with WeconnectU’s tone of voice. • Simplify technical or product-related concepts into accessible, engaging content. • Ensure all written communication maintains high editorial and brand standards.

Social Media & Community Engagement • Plan, schedule, and manage content across WeconnectU’s social media platforms. • Grow and engage an online community of property professionals and clients. • Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to maintain a warm and client-focused brand presence. • Track social media insights, trends, and analytics to improve content performance and engagement. • Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and digital marketing trends.
