Role Summary
This internship is 100% onsite at our Portage, MI facilty. Relocation and Sponsorship are not available for this position.
The target start date is ASAP -
Duration: Minimum 3 months (can be extended up to 12-24 months)
Hours per week: 15-20 Hrs/week during the school months. 40 Hrs/week during breaks ( winter, spring and summer)

Main Tasks
· Analyze the U.S. market to identify untapped segments, regions, and customers for our products
· Research market trends, customer needs, competitor positioning, and channel dynamics
· Support product-market fit analysis to determine where our portfolio has the strongest growth potential
· Map market size, whitespace opportunities, and potential go-to-market priorities
· Prepare clear summaries, charts, and recommendations for the Sales team
· Maintain and organize market data from internal and external sources
· Assist with ad hoc market, customer, and competitor analysis requests
· Complete market study evaluations for the Manufacturing & Aviation segments within US Industrial (including category growth modeling, scenario planning, and long-range category roadmaps.
· Participate in training and job shadowing to build knowledge of our products, customers, and U.S. market landscape
Education Requirements:
· Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or in a related field in an accredited program
· Current GPA 3.0 or better
Skills:
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Strong organization and communication skills
· Ability to multitask in a collaborative team and office setting
· Willingness to take responsibility for projects as well as present key findings
