Responsibilities
- Create compelling video advertisements and marketing creatives using in-game footage, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Produce and optimize user acquisition creatives for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Unity Ads
- Develop playable ads and interactive advertising experiences to improve campaign performance
- Analyze creative performance metrics such as CTR, IPM, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities
- Iterate and improve ad creatives based on performance data, player behavior, and UA team feedback
- Collaborate closely with Product, UA, and Publishing teams to develop creative concepts and growth strategies
- Generate and test multiple creative variations to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Research competitor creatives, advertising trends, and market best practices to identify new creative opportunities
- Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve creative production workflows and content quality
- Maintain a consistent visual quality and brand identity across all marketing materials
Skills & Experiences
- Experience in mobile game marketing, creative production, content creation, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of performance-driven creative production and user acquisition principles
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for composition, pacing, storytelling, and visual communication
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative improvements
- Good command of English
- Passion for mobile games, advertising, and creative innovation
