Responsibilities

  • Create compelling video advertisements and marketing creatives using in-game footage, motion graphics, and visual effects
  • Produce and optimize user acquisition creatives for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Unity Ads
  • Develop playable ads and interactive advertising experiences to improve campaign performance
  • Analyze creative performance metrics such as CTR, IPM, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities
  • Iterate and improve ad creatives based on performance data, player behavior, and UA team feedback
  • Collaborate closely with Product, UA, and Publishing teams to develop creative concepts and growth strategies
  • Generate and test multiple creative variations to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Research competitor creatives, advertising trends, and market best practices to identify new creative opportunities
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve creative production workflows and content quality
  • Maintain a consistent visual quality and brand identity across all marketing materials

Skills & Experiences

  • Experience in mobile game marketing, creative production, content creation, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven creative production and user acquisition principles
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for composition, pacing, storytelling, and visual communication
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative improvements
  • Good command of English
  • Passion for mobile games, advertising, and creative innovation
