Their work combines strategy, content, paid media, CRM, and operational know-how. Role Overview As a Marketing Automation & Integrations Manager, you will develop a proprietary tech stack to automate data flows, build dashboards, and create custom tools for content and analysis. This role powers client insights and internal efficiencies in experience design campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Build and manage integrations across multiple marketing, content, and industry platforms using APIs and automation tools • Design and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Notion, and similar no-code/low-code solutions • Consolidate data from different sources and structure it for reporting, analysis, and operational use • Create and improve dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools to support both internal teams and client reporting • Help develop internal scoring, insight, and recommendation systems that turn raw data into clear actions • Reduce manual work and operational friction by improving how data, content, and campaign assets move across platforms • Support the creation of tools and workflows for influencer sourcing, briefing, content organization, and distribution across media and CMS platforms • Recommend practical, scalable technical solutions based on business needs, existing tools, and team workflows • Work closely with Growth Marketing and Client Services teams to support campaign execution and client delivery
