Position Overview: We’re seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to power SWTCH’s next stage of growth. You’ll support the strategy, and own the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate, nurture, and convert high-quality leads. This is a pivotal role that leads our tradeshow & events portfolio, while managing scalable marketing programs that directly support revenue growth. Reporting to VP of Marketing, this is a hybrid position for someone based near our Toronto office.
Key Responsibilities: • Event Strategy & Execution Manage SWTCH’s event portfolio — including industry trade shows, conferences, and hosted events — ensuring strategic alignment, brand visibility, and measurable outcomes. Travel is required to work various events across North America throughout the year.
• Campaign Execution Execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events to drive demand.
• Marketing Automation Utilize Salesforce’s Marketing Automation platform to streamline lead management, email marketing, and reporting. Build and refine drip campaigns and audience segments to deliver personalized content.
• Campaign Analytics & Optimization Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Content Strategy & Collaboration Collaborate with the Manager of Marketing Communications to produce relevant content for every stage of the funnel — blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, infographics, and more.
