A DAY IN A LIFE OF  We are looking for a creative and dynamic candidate to join our high-performing marketing team! The candidate will be closely involved in the development of campaigns designed to promote The Flexi Group’s brand and services across all markets. This is an expansive and multifaceted role that will get you hands-on experience in content production, events and project management, paid digital marketing campaigns & many more opportunities exploring marketing channels. 

The right candidate will be a self-starter, idea-generator and ready to tackle a multitude of exciting projects and enthusiastically overcome obstacles in creative ways.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONTENT PRODUCTION

• Propose new content/ campaign ideas, both contextual and new marketing mediums • Take the lead in suggesting and communicating with KOL’s to drive engagement across The Flexi Group’s social platforms. • Blog and content copy writing.  • Working in partnership with the Art team, support the creation of in-house visual content (Graphic & Video) • Manage SMM campaigns and Attend events to capture content for Common Grounds social media channels and to support event organisers  • Assist in the onboarding and management of 3rd party marketing partners (Website updates, Contract development, App updates, Events etc)  to expand The Flexi Group’s brand presence

DIGITAL MARKETING

• Develop and manage SEM to support brand awareness and lead generation • Assist Ad operations team in daily report generation and campaign management.  • Review campaign results to identify optimisation opportunities and improve conversion rates • Bring fresh ideas to the table by proposing new campaigns and collaborations

• Log monthly Google Analytics data to track campaign performance, identify trends, and feed marketing reports

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT 

• Update websites with monthly sales promotions designed to generate leads for specific memberships or services (WordPress Training provided) • Perform website audits to identify SEO improvements, ensure all copy is up to date and Language is on brand. • Support with website health checks and maintenance
