You will: • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth rollout across social, email, website, in-app, offline, and partnership channels. • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, caption writing, community management, and monitoring engagement trends. • Drive community-building efforts, engaging users across platforms, supporting community conversations, and helping shape a strong user base for YouTrip. • Assist in content creation, including drafting copy, coordinating with designers and creators, supporting basic photo/video shoots, and preparing assets for social, EDM, blog, and in-app content. • Coordinate influencer and partnership activities, including liaising with creators, managing deliverables, and compiling performance results. • Support marketing events and offline activations, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution. • Conduct research and insights gathering, including competitor monitoring, trend spotting, and identifying cultural moments relevant to campaigns and community engagement. • Prepare performance reports, tracking social analytics, campaign metrics, influencer outputs, and other key KPIs to support decision-making. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Customer Support, and regional teams to ensure marketing initiatives remain aligned and well-executed. • Support all ad-hoc related marketing tasks required by the Marketing Lead.
