About the role : We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Growth Acquisition Specialist to lead customer acquisition efforts through social media campaigns and promotional activities. This role is central to driving First Time Deposits (FTDs) and growing our social media footprint, working at the intersection of performance marketing, content, and community growth.

Key Responsibility : • Plan, execute, and optimize social media promotions and campaigns (organic and paid) to drive new customer acquisition and FTDs.

• Develop and manage specific promotional campaigns, referral programs, and offers to attract and convert new traders/clients. • Track, analyze, and report on acquisition KPIs, including FTD volume, cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and social growth metrics. • Collaborate with content, design, and compliance teams to create promotion-ready assets (banners, videos, copy) that align with brand and regulatory guidelines. • Identify and test new acquisition channels, campaign formats, and promotional mechanics (contests, bonuses, referral incentives) to improve FTD performance. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, affiliates, KOLs, and influencers where relevant to amplify promotional reach. • Monitor competitor promotions and industry trends to keep campaigns competitive and compliant. • Manage promotional budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels.
