What you will do As a Marketing Manager, you will support the execution and measurement of marketing and business operations activities at a growing firm. This role will work closely with marketing and sales teams to manage and maintain data within HubSpot, including contact records, pipelines, dashboards, and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy across contact lifecycles and campaigns. You will support the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email programs and social media operations, and contribute to campaign measurement, reporting, and operational follow-ups. You will translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will help standardize and improve marketing and reporting workflows, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes using available tools and AI-enabled solutions. You will also support website and digital marketing operations, including content updates, basic SEO tracking, and website performance analysis using Google Analytics. Beyond day-to-day execution, you will work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve operational discipline, reporting consistency, and data-driven decision-making.
