What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including product launches, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including creative, marketing channels, compliance and commercial, to develop project briefs and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or issues, and proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Conducting research and analysis to support marketing strategies and provide insights for decision-making. Assisting in managing marketing budgets, and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Supporting the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas and approaches to marketing projects.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver detailed post-campaign analysis which can be used to improve future campaigns.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Marketing Planning or the Director of Marketing Operations.

You’re a great match for this role if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related role (internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools/software.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding or experience of Sportsbook betting is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
