ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

THE ROLE

Coty is seeking a highly motivated person to join Coty`s Trade Marketing team for the Amsterdam HUB. This role will closely collaborate with the full commercial team, Marketing and Sales, with Finance as well as Distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advance our total investment tracking capability creating benchmark/guidelines on how to allocate the commercial mix
• Support the team on the Monthly Commercial Meeting organization
• Map current distribution landscape to identify growth opportunity and risks
• Gather best practices on 4P across the region and enable sales manager with clear action plan across 4P
• Support the team on pricing via actionable analysis.
• Support the team in creating efficiencies by optimizing and simplifying the processes.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty and our brands, and a strong affinity with the dynamics of the FMCG
• HBO/WO Student (Bachelor/Master), for this internship it is important you remain enrolled with your university during the whole internship
• Proactive and hands-on
• Affinity towards Sales & Marketing
• Passion for analytical work
• Flexible and loves challenges
• Good communication skills and likes to work in a team
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English

Period
This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 6 months and starts from 15th August. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
