Marketing Project Manager (ClickUp)

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Project Manager to join the growing team at Sweat Pants Agency. You'll be the connective tissue between our clients, strategists, media buyers, and creative team, making sure nothing slips: projects run on time, clients are onboarded cleanly, creative gets produced and tracked, and reporting is always live.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who spots gaps before they become problems and closes them without being asked. You'll live in ClickUp, and you'll use AI tools aggressively to move faster and lighter than a traditional PM.
