We are looking for an experienced  Marketing Specialist  to join our team in Hungary. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be working very closely with the sales department, preparing and conducting the marketing activities in close cooperation with the marketing team of Hungary, CEE and headquarters.

Main responsibilities:

Tailor global strategies into concrete local action plans, ensuring strong sell‑in and sell‑out performance with KA focus
Implement traffic‑driving and promotional tactics that increase consumer demand in partnered optical stores and ensure brand visibility
Support partners & local sales team with productivity projects, to ensure partners have the right portfolio mix, pricing guidance, and promotional assets to boost order
Work closely with key accounts and vendor partners to secure co‑marketing resources and execute joint initiatives
Deliver impactful trade programs, incentives, and education activities that empower eyecare professionals
Represent the company at trade events, supporting brand visibility and strengthening customer relationships
Monitor sell‑in/sell‑out KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure strong ROI across all activities

Must-have requirements:

5+ years of strong experience in Marketing, especially in Trade Marketing
Having good B2B and B2C understanding, but with more of a focus on B2B
Extensive experience of managing relations with external partners (agencies)
Outstanding presentation skills
Project management experience/ participation – we work on multiple projects at the same time
Collaborative style, willingness to learn, ability to cope in agile environment
Very good English, fluent Hungarian
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or business is preferred
