As the Partners Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and optimising marketing initiatives that drive partner acquisition, engagement and retention. Reporting to the Marketing Business Partner - Partners & Affiliates, this role is responsible for delivering high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution of partner marketing initiatives and managing workflows to support the expansion of Eightcap’s partnership program, as well as its associated brands. Key Responsibilities: • Support and execute marketing strategies tailored to affiliates, introducing brokers, strategic partners and associated brands to drive acquisition and retention. • Plan, manage, and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, and social media, to maximise engagement of partners and associated brands’ clients. • Collaborate with the Partnerships and Marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with business development goals for both CFDs and Challenges. • Develop and maintain marketing materials, sales collateral, and promotional assets to support partner and brand growth. • Monitor, analyse and optimise the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights. • Ensure marketing content compliance by working closely with Compliance, Product and Sales teams to align with regulatory and brand guidelines. • Coordinate and support partnership-focused events, webinars and industry conferences to enhance Eightcap’s brand presence and attract new partners. • Manage and execute co-branded marketing initiatives with key partners. • Engage cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Finance, Operations and Risk) to align marketing efforts with new product launches, service rollouts, and business priorities. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in trading and financial services to drive innovation.
