The Marketing Specialist will support the performance of the brand portfolio by contributing to business strategies and marketing plans. The role will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of marketing activities, monitoring brand results, and supporting the achievement of short- and long-term sales, market share, and profitability objectives. Additionally, the individual will collaborate crossfunctionally with teams such as Trade Marketing and Finance to help prioritize initiatives, support P&L management, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Marketing Team in developing and implementing marketing plans to deliver brand goals
  • Build and implement communication plans and brand activations (involvement communication, briefing E2E)
  • Take active role in product, category development and portfolio design activities
  • Evolve and execute Digital Marketing strategies
  • Track of brand performance and communication activities
  • Manage external business partner relations (i.e. media, creative, PR agencies), as needed in development and execution of marketing plans
  • Manage internal and global stakeholders
  • Define consumer research needs, analysis of results, transform the outcomes into strategies & actions
  • Adapt global materials to local requirements with consideration to legal aspects
  • Support delivery of innovation projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field (considered a plus)
  • 1-2 yeas of relevant experience
  • Creative, innovative, result oriented, dynamic and self-motivated personality (with ownership, team player & ability to work by own)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team, to prioritize and multi-task
  • IT literate (MS Office), NielsenIQ Discover considered a plus
  • Fluency in Greek and English
