The Marketplace Ecommerce Project Manager works under direct supervision and follows company and department policies and procedures to support the strategy and execution of the company off Amazon and Amazon International e-commerce initiatives. This role connects Marketplaces, Brand Management, Advertising, Supply Chain, Compliance, Catalog, and Content teams to deliver projects that enhance efficiency, performance, and growth. Responsibilities include project planning, problem solving, execution, and delivery of milestones. Follows standard practices and procedures to enhance processes, schedule workflows, and allocate resources.

Responsibilities• Through the use of company and department practices and procedures, launch, manage and optimize Amazon International and other marketplace product listings (content, SEO, A+ content, storefronts) • Support inventory forecasting, replenishment, and logistics coordination • Conducts competitor analysis and identify market expansion opportunities • Primary focus on international Amazon marketplace launches (UK, EU, CA, etc.) and off Amazon opportunities (Tik Tok Shop, Walmart, Coupang, Target). • Ensures compliance with Marketplace policies and resolve operational issues quickly • Defines and execute e-commerce growth strategies aligned with company goals • Coordinates cross-functional projects with product, marketing, and operations teams • Monitors KPIs, sales trends, and campaign performance to inform decision-making • Identifies bottlenecks and implement process improvements across the e-commerce workflow • Partners with PPC Strategists to plan and optimize campaigns • Translates business goals into clear ad strategies and creative requirements • Tracks ad ROI, make data-driven recommendations, and guides ad spend allocation
