RESPONSIBILITIES :

Preparation of quality and inspection plans for Incoming, In process & Final Inspections.

Implementation of AS 9100 requirements.

Preparation of sample submission report / conducting FAI for new products

Participate in the development of operating procedures and work instructions through validation and verification

Calibration of measuring instruments & equipment.

Final inspection, in process inspection, raw material inspection.

Reviewing analysis and providing solution for shop floor rejection, customer complaints in Monthly QC review.

Preparation of presentations, communicating the customer complaints to shop floor & ensure CA implementation & verifying its effectiveness.

complying with EHS policy, procedures and instructions

COMPETENCY :

Education : Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 4-6 Years 

Knowledge & Critical Skills :

- Sound Knowledge in Inspection.
- General Aerospace Manufacturing Methods & Procedures for Parts & Assemblies
- Quality Standards, Approval Procedures & Documentation Requirements
- Inspection capability
- GD & T
- Problem solving
