Your Role

Act as the local Medical Affairs TA expert for one or more TAs, co-leading TA strategies and local brand launches.
Lead Medical Affairs activities and align with medical launch and brand strategies.
Assign, track, and monitor KPIs and relevant medical metrics.
Develop medical materials, review marketing content, and ensure scientific accuracy.
Conduct local scientific training and support continuous medical education.
Engage with key medical community members and stakeholders per local regulations.
Lead or support medical studies, coordinate clinical projects, and manage publication processes.
Collaborate internally across functions and serve as key liaison for regional/global medical teams.

Who You Are

Requires a university degree, preferably in a science-related field relevant to the role.
A secondary or advanced scientific degree (e.g., MSc, PharmD, PhD, DO, MD) is desirable (preferably in the endocrinology, gynecology, or pediatrics). Advanced non-scientific degrees and/or business education are advantageous.
Advanced English.
At least 1 year of experience as Medical Manager.
Desirable experience managing people.
