Responsibilities • Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring items are clear, prioritized, and aligned with product goals. • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements. • Collaborate daily with engineering teams to clarify scope, answer questions, and support delivery. • Drive Sprint ceremonies from the product side (refinement, planning, reviews) in collaboration with the Scrum Master/Agile Lead. • Ensure the team is building the right thing by validating outcomes using feedback, data, and stakeholder input. • Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders, managing expectations and dependencies. • Support release planning and coordinate with relevant teams for successful rollouts.
