Merchandising Administration Support,
Apply NowAs a Merchandising Administration Support, you will:
- Maintain and update merchandising trackers, including POSM requests, delivery status, installations, and store lists to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with merchandising teams, sales field teams, suppliers, and agencies to support the smooth rollout of merchandising materials and store execution activities.
- Consolidate weekly and monthly reports to support performance monitoring, issue tracking, and management reviews.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain merchandising documentation, records, and deployment files to ensure compliance and proper record keeping.
- Support POSM planning and deployment through document collection, status monitoring, filing of proofs, and confirmation tracking.
- Monitor merchandising activity progress and escalate issues requiring attention from relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure merchandising databases, trackers, and store information remain accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials required for business reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce administrative cycle times.
- Foster effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of merchandising requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, marketing operations, commercial support, sales support, merchandising support, or coordination roles.
- Experience in documentation management, reporting, data consolidation, and tracker administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and follow-through.
- Experience working with suppliers, agencies, field teams, or external partners is an advantage.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
