• Maintaining a registry of group contracts, clients, and subcontractors; monitoring contract deadlines. Supporting customers regarding contractual terms.
• Assisting in preparing commercial proposals using established templates.
• Organizing group representatives' visits to sites during service delivery.
• Maintaining a registry of outgoing documents, reports, certificates, and other materials.
• Participating in meetings with customers and subcontractors.
• Assisting in assembling tender documentation packages.
• Receiving, transferring, organizing delivery, and obtaining samples from customers.
• Preparing document packages for the customer and sending originals.
• Obtaining management signatures and sending documents and letters.
• Maintaining folders and sorting materials in the IPC Share Folder.
