urpose - Execution of specific various analysis and record documenting, in accordance with a high-quality system (LSS and/or ISO), in such a way that the information will be available about the quality of products, analysis methods and equipment to support the Quality Assurance system

Key responsibilities -

Personal safety and lab safety following and monitoring.
Monitoring deviation/nonstandard condition and reporting.
RM, PM, WIP and Finished goods analysis in shift & SAP clearance
Calibration, cleaning and maintenance of instruments
Monitoring chemical stock, ordering, keeping in correct location, SDS for chemicals, labelling and disposal as per standard
Calibration& maintenance of lab instruments
Sample reception, labelling, registration and perform analysis
Organising and participating sensory sessions
PRP ,CCP/OPRP compliances monitoring
Monthly food safety auditing , Maintaining hygiene and cleaning
Ensure the laboratory methods and update new change
